On 18 June 2020, France-based Saur Group announced the acquisition of Dutch industrial water & wastewater solutions provider Nijhuis Industries. Nijhuis specializes in advanced industrial treatment, including packaged rental systems. At the time of acquisition, Nijhuis employed 350 people in approximately 130 countries and reported annual revenues over US$110 million in 2019.
