Copyright: All research, analysis, data, and insights (hereafter, “Research”) is and will be owned exclusively by Bluefield Research (hereafter, “Bluefield”). For the avoidance of doubt, Bluefield may use all or parts of the Research purchased through any contract with other clients of Bluefield.
License: The Research and associated consulting engagements are sold under an Enterprise license*. This license permits use of the Research across global offices, departments, and organizations within the Client company. The license does not permit the Client to share the Research with third-party organizations, partners, or consultants without specific agreement and written consent from Bluefield; nor does the license permit the Client to share Research with people and companies, including their own clients and customers, beyond the Client company without specific written consent from Bluefield.
*Terms of the Enterprise license do not apply to Data Navigator. Bluefield’s data is provided through its Data Navigator platform. All of Bluefield’s Corporate Subscriptions include one Platform license granting access to Data Navigator for one seat holder per client. Additional Platform licenses can be purchased on a per seat basis. One seat (i.e., username and password) permits one person (i.e., seat holder) to access data through the online Data platform. The license does not permit sharing login details with colleagues, third-party organizations, partners, or consultants.
Permitted Use: Client may display and print copies of the Research for internal use provided Client adheres to the agreed upon license conditions. Client may on occasion and irregular basis, provide insubstantial portions of the Research in internal memoranda, reports, and presentations. Client must include copyright notices of Bluefield and original source attribution whenever providing any portion of the Research to any other person or user.
Prohibited Use: The Research from Bluefield must remain within the license conditions and must not be shared or reproduced for other parties outside these conditions or for public consumption. Exceptions to these conditions require the express prior written permission from Bluefield. Distribution to subsidiaries and that are not 100% owned by Client is strictly forbidden unless agreed upon with Bluefield. Bluefield Research reserves the right to withhold data to companies identified as competitors (e.g. consultants and market research firms).
Liability: While every effort will be made to verify the accuracy and completeness of the Research, Bluefield makes no warranty as to the accuracy or timeliness of the Research and cannot accept any responsibility or liability in reliance by any person on the information.
Governing Law: These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with United States law and Client irrevocably submits to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts courts.
Refund Policy: All purchases are considered final and non-refundable at the time of purchase.
