On 12 September 2023, Nijhuis Saur Industries (NSI) announced the acquisition of Pall Aria containerized units, a subsegment of Pall Water’s European mobile water business. Founded in 1904, Nijhuis Industries, an advanced industrial water and wastewater solutions company based in the Netherlands, was acquired by Saur in 2020.
The acquisition of a portion of Pall Aria’s containerized treatment fleet will expand NSI Mobile Water Solutions’ business by broadening membrane water treatment offerings from industrial pre-filtering to wastewater processing.
