On 18 July 2025, Azuria Water Solutions and Inframark announced their plans to merge under one banner. Azuria specializes in trenchless water and wastewater pipe services. Inframark focuses on utility operations and maintenance, along with support services such as SCADA automation, and engineering design. New Mountain Capital owns both firms, acquiring Inframark in December 2020 and Azuria in May 2021.
Inframark currently manages over US$500 million in utility operations and maintenance contracts in 33 states, with a strong presence across the South, California, the Midwest, and the Northeast regions. Azuria operates in all 50 states and select international markets, creating significant geographic and service synergies between the two companies.
