On 5 September 2025, water loss specialist Aqua Analytics acquired the water loss field operations of Engineered Efficiency, a regional provider serving major utilities including Water Corporation and Busselton Water.
This transaction brings on board an experienced local team, significantly enhancing Aqua Analytics’ local field service capabilities in Western Australia. The deal underscores Aqua Analytics’ commitment to expanding its geographic footprint—leveraging its advanced smart-water platform, Internet of Things-enabled solutions, and pipeline analytics.
The acquisition is Aqua Analytics’ first and implements a field ops-first strategy to build on its niche presence in Eastern Australia. Engineered Efficiency will transfer its team and customer contracts to Aqua Analytics allowing the company to focus on its core business: serving industrial customers with design and consulting services related to water.
