On 3 February 2020, Northwest Pipe Company (NW Pipe) announced its acquisition of Orem, Utah-based Geneva Pipe and Precast. The US$49.4 million transaction closed on 31 January 2020.
Vancouver, Washington-based NW Pipe is the largest manufacturer of large diameter welded steel pipe in North America. The company, with the addition of Geneva, now owns 10 manufacturing facilities in the U.S. NW Pipe’s 2019 revenues topped US$279 million with more than 700 employees.
