On 9 June 2020, SUEZ’s Spanish subsidiary launched its COVID-19 City Sentinel wastewater monitoring system in three eastern regions of Spain. The solution will include specialized sampling, detection using reverse transcription PCR (RT-qPCR) method, and data modeling in the regions of Catalonia, Valencia, and Murcia.
