Max Flignor
Research Associate

Max Flignor is a Research Associate focused on Bluefield’s U.S. & Canada Municipal Water Insight Service. His primary responsibility includes analysis of state policies and market drivers influencing utility budgets and spending outlooks.  Prior to Bluefield, Max was a Senior Analyst at the Analysis Group and worked on a range of economic analyses, including an environmental assessment of water allocations between residential and agricultural stakeholders. In addition, Max is a Mentor for Big Brothers Big Sisters and is located in Bluefield’s Boston office.

Max has a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Carleton College in Northfield, Minnesota and is a Candidate for a Master of Business Administration from the Yale School of Management, in New Haven, Connecticut.
