Alicia Jaquet-Morrison is a project consultant with experience in technology-based solutions for water utilities, machine-based learning, predictive analytics in water management, and data usage in policy development. Prior to working with Bluefield,  Alicia has served in the United States Army for more than 11 years, performing a wide range of roles. in Jordan, South Sudan, Afghanistan, and  Switzerland. More recently, she completed her Master in Public Affairs and MS in Environmental Science with a concentration in Environmental Systems Analysis and Modeling.
