Nijhuis Saur Plants Asia Flag via IWE Malaysia 
Kicking off the second half of 2024, France-based Saur Group moved on two more strategic acquisitions, further solidifying its global presence in Europe and Asia. On 4 July 2024, its subsidiary Nijhuis Saur Industries (NSI) revealed the acquisition of IWE Malaysia.
