ADS Boosts U.S. Wastewater Position via Orenco
On 20 August 2024, Infiltrator, a subsidiary of Advanced Drainage Systems (ADS), announced the acquisition of family-owned Orenco Systems. Sutherlin, Oregon-based Orenco manufactures decentralized, on-site wastewater treatment products. The deal, expected to close in Q3 2025, has been presented as an expansion of ADS’ Infiltrator business offerings, mainly providing on-site septic solutions to residential end users.
