Danaher Sets Leading Water Business Free 
On 14 September 2022, Danaher Corporation announced its intention to spin off its environmental & applied solutions business unit as an independent, publicly traded company. The initial public offering, which is expected to close in Q4 2023, sets in motion the potential remaking of Danaher’s water business, which is currently ranked third among top water companies.
